Services — Fee-Only Fiduciary Advice | StandUP Advisors
What we do

Three ways to work together. Same fiduciary standard. Different scopes.

All three are fee-only. None of them pay me a commission, a referral fee, or anything else from a product company. The fee structure is one page. It gets disclosed before you sign anything. Pick the scope that fits where you are.

What "fee-only fiduciary" actually means in practice.

One fee structure. One page. Disclosed before you sign anything. No commissions. No product sales. No revenue-sharing arrangements. No referral kickbacks. A fee-only fiduciary advisor is paid by you, and only by you — the structural integrity that NAPFA (the national association of fee-only advisors) was founded to enforce. Integrity doesn't need a cop — the fee model is built so I never have a structural reason to give you advice that isn't in your interest.

There is also a fourth, separate offering — a proprietary options strategy designed as a standalone HNW solution. $1.1M minimum (SEC qualified-client threshold for performance-fee structures). Full methodology, historical performance, and risk framework shared under NDA. More in the FAQ — or reach out directly if it's relevant to your situation.

Most "financial advisors" in the United States are dual-registered — meaning they can sell commission-based products alongside giving advice. That's the dominant industry model, and it's why "fee-only fiduciary" still has to be specified, decades after the term was coined. The fee-only fiduciary structure is the floor StandUP was built on, not a differentiator added later for marketing.

The cheapest version of "advice" in this industry is product sales with a polite label. The most expensive version is what doing nothing quietly costs you. There is a middle, and that's where every StandUP engagement lives.

Which one fits where you are?

You've built a real business, your tax/estate/equity picture is complicated, and you don't have a financial plan that ties it all together. → Start with Comprehensive Financial Planning. The full-scope engagement, reviewed as your company and life change.

Your plan is roughly in place but the portfolio is a mess — too many accounts, no coherent strategy, fees you can't actually explain. → Start with Investment Management. Evidence-based portfolios, behavioral coaching, and a fee structure that doesn't quietly compound against you.

You're financially fine but not sure your money is pointed at the right life — or you're facing a transition (exit, retirement, geographic move, career pivot) and want a thinking partner before you commit. → Start with the Purpose Pit Stop. Half a day or a full day. Fee credits toward any subsequent engagement.

You're a qualified-client investor looking for a standalone HNW options strategy — that's the fourth offering above. Reach out under NDA.

Fees · On One Page
